All rbaja Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the rbaja platform and all its services. rbaja is an online entertainment and betting platform operated entirely for users in Bangladesh. Please read these Terms fully before accessing or using this platform.

Definitions

• "Platform" means the rbaja website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on rbaja or is using the platform.

• "Balance" means the total amount of money currently in your account.

One Account Policy

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on rbaja is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The same minimum deposit applies to each method. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Deposited funds will be credited to your account after verification.
• A single payment account may only be linked to one rbaja account.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will generally reach your mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• rbaja reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total (deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.
• Multiple people from the same household or IP address are not eligible for the same bonus.

• rbaja reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.

VIP Program

Regular players can participate in rbaja's five-tier VIP programme:

• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular and active participation.

rbaja is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets in a calculated way to exploit the bonus system, or using multiple accounts for that purpose.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or exploiting technical loopholes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or showing abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Submitting false payment details or making chargeback claims.

If such activities are found, rbaja reserves the right to investigate and may close the account and take legal action if necessary.

Game Operation

All games available on rbaja are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial and verifiable.

Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs during a game, that round or bet may be voided and the amount refunded. rbaja does not bear responsibility for faults or outages that occur within a provider's system.

Bet Cancellation

Closure by the User

Inactive Accounts
